We take the utmost care of your order and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unexpectedly unhappy with your purchase then you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

During this period, the product should be returned undamaged, unused and returned, at the customers expense, in its original packaging.*

You will only extract or use the product to the extent that it is necessary to assess whether you wish to maintain the product.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you will be able to return the product with all delivered accessories and indices reasonably to original condition and packaging, on your own costs. The money will be refunded as soon as possible (excl. the delivery charges).

Delivery

We strive to deliver your package within 1-2 days after confirmation of your order if the product is out of stock, we will contact you about the actual delivery time.

The Netherlands: 1 – 2 workdays delivery within the Netherlands
Europe: 3-5 business days.
International: 7-14 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping in The Netherlands cost €9,99.
Shipments outside The Netherlands cost €14,99.
